Granted I'm falling back into the 'post for one day, then disappear for like 7 months' cycle but I'm feeling it tonight. I'm interested as to how UGers are feeling at the moment!

I'll just throw out a quick pros/cons seeing as that's probably the most concise way.

Pros
Living in a city I love (Leeds)
Actually going through a fairly successful patch regarding women
Generally like who I am
Leaving university for a few years to pursue a dream
Recently kicked a troublesome methylone addiction

Cons
Leaving university for a few years to pursue a dream
Getting through way too many cigarettes
Horrible diet, I get ill a lot
Fucked up sleeping patterns (usually sleep between 7am and 5pm these days, and I'm not even working nights)
Psychologically addicted to weed
Broke
LOTS of bad stuff going on in my immediate circle of friends
Likely to be homeless for a few days in the very near future

so all things considered it kinda sucks, but that sounds whiny so I'll stick myself in the alright column.
Also, feel free to respond at length. I'm curious.

Currently rather boring, I move on Saturday and start work on Monday, which will hopefully relieve me of a lot of strain I'm in currently (and boredom). Um. Things could be looking very up, I've got lots to look forward to, but also a lot of responsibility I've never had before, so could be uh...interesting.

I hate the city I live in, the university I go to, and all of my classes with a deep burning passion.

On the bright side, I have a girlfriend

Pros:
-I just got a puppy.
-I have an awesome girlfriend.
-I'm in college. (Already ahead of 73% of the pop. where I live)
-Finally have a band going.

Cons:
-I currently don't know what I'm doing with myself and everything just seems so bland and repetitive...
-I find myself getting fed up with things more everyday.
-I don't get anywhere near the amount of sleep that I need.
-I ran through my entire savings while looking for a job.
-Although I do have a girlfriend, I hardly see her or talk to her lately because she's so busy.
Oh f*ck it,
I'm gonna have a party.
I had the blankest year,
I watched life turn into a TV show.
It was totally weird.

Pros
Living in a city I love (Leeds)
Doing a course I love (music)
Made a pretty good amount of friends here in my first few months (especially good considering how incredibly ****ing awkward I am)
Generally like who I am
Just starting a band, we play well together, can see it turning out quite well
Should be getting a free laptop sometime this year because of dyspraxia/dyslexia/asperger's.
Going back home for xmas in 2 weeks.
Over the last half a year I believe I have become a much better, more friendly person.
I am generally a positive person so even the negative aspects of my life, I look at pretty positively.

Cons
Getting drunk FAR too often, generally don't remember anything on a heavy night out.
I am so so so poor.
Insomnia.
As a stoner, I'm not smoking nearly enough weed.
Got caught smoking weed on uni property last week, probs getting fined (didn't realise it was uni property )
Romantically, SHIT ALL happening

all in all though, tis a great life

I'm only happy if I'm the one making them suffer. Preferably by having them thrown into an arena, where they have to fight a bear holding a shark.

I'm doing very well! Love my job, almost wrapped my BA in Psychology and am currently doing some very cool work in a lab and will continue that through to next semester. My band is doing well and is getting ready to record our first full-length.

The only issues I see are money, and even that's not too bad. It's tight, but that's what being a student is all about.
#32
I chose great!

- My girlfriends pregnancy is going well, with all tests indicating the baby is developing perfectly.
- I might possibly be able to get some of my music published if a friend of mine makes good on his promise.

Cons:
- The weather has been freezing recently.
- The heating in our flat is broken and I dare not steal blankets from my girlfriend.
- One of our neighbors is a complete bitch who ceaslessly complains about everything.
- One of my close friends has moved back to London permanently although I'll still see him occasionally.
- My probation officer is being a dick and seems to think I've been cheating on drugs tests. Thankfully he can't prove shit. I haven't been cheating on them by the way...

Overall I would say things are going well.
