I cant recall or find the formula used to calculate the time in air given the following

Initial velocity (4.07 m/s)
Initial height (1.03 m)
Angle of launch (45 degrees)

Any help is appreciated =]
I lol'd you've been warned

you need to resolve the vectors... and work it out for only the vertical component using the equations of motion.

This. And don't forget gravity is -9.82 m/s

I've gotten that the y-velocity is ~2.88m/s but i still cant derive a formula for time. any help?
