I weight lift often in school.Well i was seeing how much i could max doing regular bench press and i could do 215. I tried doing decline for the first time and i did a couple reps of 135 and thought it felt easier then doing regular(i thought it would be harder to do then regular).So then i tried doing 185 and could do it easy .so my friend told me to just throw 235 on there and i did 1 rep of it. Why is decline bench easier then regular?
