So, if any already didnt know, my wah pedal has been broken for a while, so I decided to try to fix it today. Its the Dunlope GCB-95 and the capacitor at C-6 broke off, so I went to radio shack and got the closest one to .22 muF, which was a rather large green one rated for 50v. I installed it and it works, bit brighter than it used to be, still sounds like crap though .

But is this going to cause any problems? Like, ruin my pedals or my tube amp somehow? I doubt ruining my amp would happen as an effect of this but you never know.

Thanks

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
