The OCD didn't actually work very well as a boost when I had one. Great tone when used on top of a clean channel, but that was about it.

It's a good pedal... or so I've heard... just go to your local GC and try it out.

the fulltone fatboost is about the ame price and does what it's called, it gives you a fat boost. But why would you like to boost an already high gain amp? for bedroom practise?

The OCD isn't great for boosting an amp your much better off buying a tubescreamer ( i highly recommend the Keeley mod plus TS9) or buying a dedicated clean boost pedal.

The OCD isn't a great boost, it also tends to color your tone.

Stick with an OD808, HardWire CM-2, Xotic BB etc.

That one is my favorite for boosting a high gain amp.

Yeah it's !@#%ing amazing. After hearing one for the first time I just ordered my own. Such a smooth, clear tone that really adds to your amps natural character and it's really flexible to boot!
