So in a little bit I'm gonna open my guitar up to see what itls wrong with because there some wiring issues I think but was wondering IF take all the strings off would it have an effect on the neck in a bad way?

No. It'll relieve all the tension on the neck, so the neck won't be pulled in any direction, so should stay the same/very similar. I doubt you'll see any negative effects, unless you go put the neck in a cold outside shed or garage.

Yeah, when I restring, I take one string off at a time.
but every six months I take off all my strings and give the guitar a good cleaning all round.
On playing the Paul Gilbert signature at the guitar store extensively, my missus sighed:
"Put it down now, It's like you love that guitar more than me!"
In Which I replied.
"Well it has got two F-Holes!"
