Sorry, if this is the wrong place, it was the best I could find. Anyway...

I'm playing and singing a song in a church Christmas play. It's right here:

I'm hearing piano, a slightly distorted guitar, and an acoustic. Hear 'em? Well I'm playing the distortion. But I can't figure out how much to add. Also, I can't really tell where to set my tone knobs to match it. Could anybody help?

I'm playing a Line 6 Spider III 15 (I know, crappy amp, but I'm in a church so I don't want to use anything too big) and an Epiphone Les Paul. Any suggestions would be great! Thx!

I don't really know about gain because its kind of amp dependant and I don't know the spider enough to tell you what a good gain setting is, but you might want to experiment with a chorus effect.
Breaking stereotypes by playing indie on a metal guitar.

- Crappy Strat Copy (Redecorated, looks snazzy)

Huh. I can't believe I didn't think of that. I'll go try it and see what I come up with.
