Hey everyone.
I'm looking into getting a good acoustic guitar within the $600-$900 price range. I'm seriously considering the Ibanez AEG10NE Classical Electric Cutaway Guitar - http://www.allansmusic.com.au/prod/36309/Ibanez_AEG10NE_Classical_Electric_Cutaway_Guitar.aspx.
I'll generally play rock-based stuff.

Has anyone had any past experiences with it/know if it's a good guitar?

I would go for the next higher model unless you are a beginner. I dont believe that guitar is anywhere near $900 tho.

I have one.

It's a fine budget machine. There's a problem I have pretty regularly with buzzing near the bridge; I've never been able to quantify what causes it. It's not "Jesus Christ this guitar is so awesome" kind of good, but it's a respectable choice.

Also, for "rock-based stuff" (as incredibly vague as that is), I'd think a steel-string would be more appropriate. I hear those in rock much more than nylon. But whatevs, to each his own.

He's in Aussie-land. Shit is expensive over there.
