Sup guys, Im thinking about joining the military. The only reason is that I don't wanna leave college with a bunch of debt. My dad suggested it, so I started looking into it. I've decided that if Im going to do it, Im going to college for 4 years, THEN joining the air force and become an officer. Thoughts?

You have to not talk a single word for 6 months just to be eligible to apply.

Being an idiot should be illegal too.

Go for it. Despite what everyone says, a job in the military is always pretty secure and sets you for life. When you decide to leave, your more employable and you learn new skills. Negatives are that your away from home alot and your most likely go to warzones.

BTW, figured I might as well say this. I'm not looking for combat. I wanna go in as an engineer.
