Ive been looking into getting a cab. I don't have a great amount of money but have found an Orange Vader 2x12 cab. I'm interested in it because i could still play in the house without pissing off my neighbors. But will this cab be good for a club setting?

Depends on your head.
a loud head will be loud a quiet head will be quiet

normally a decent size head through a 2x12 will fill any small-medium venue

Head and Cab for $130? You don't need a head and cabinet, you need a psychological examination.

A really loud tube amp head through a 4x12 is still going to be loud through a 2x12.

The volume of a 2x12 vs a 4x12 isn't actually much. Playing live, unmic'd my volume knob is just about at the same level whether I'm using my 2x12 or 4x12.
I have a huge fear if rays.
