I've been looking all over and cant find an exact way of how to form II-V-Is and I need to do it in G, can anybody help?

capital letters normally mean major chords - but in a diatonic Major scale the 2nd chord is minor (ii), and in a diatonic minor scale the 1st and 5th chords are minor (i and v) - are you sure you need them all to be major?
