hey dudes,

i have asked this question before but thought i was going away

when i play for like 20 sec. fast i start feeling pain in my arm (a muscle)
when i continue for another 30 sec. the pain really slows my fingers down so
i cant play fast anymore, then i have to wait for like 10 sec of fast shit
and then it happens again it's basiclly just a cyclus that i'm in.

so what can i do about it?? it's really, really anoying.

(maybe a special strech of my arm or something, or quit guitar for a day or 3-4, 1 doesn't do anything because i have tried it)

thnx :d

It sounds like you're tensing your arm. Make sure everything is relaxed when you play.

Rest it for a couple of weeks then exercise it. I know the perfect set of exercises for you, they will build up good strong muscle in your arms and you dont need weights or anything. I just have to remember what they are called but I do them all the time. I will PM them to you if you want when I can just remember what they are called.

could be just lactic acid
does it feel like the same type of soreness in your legs after you sprint
if thats the case its simply because you arm is getting tired

in my best Bones McCoy (Star Trek) accent: Damn it man, we're guitar players... not doctors!

It could be as simple as fatigue, but could be something much more complicated.
Seriously, go see your family doc and let him/her sort it out.
