Does any one know how to get the effect of having a black and white photo, then having one object within it red, or any other colour??
Is there a program i can download that i can use to get this effect??

Photoshop? GIMP? You can do that with most image-editing programs.

You mean like this?

EDIT: Really though, I know what you're talking about. I know some cameras have that setting onboard, dunno about programs though.

Put a piece of tape on the headstock and write "Gibson" on it.
If done properly, this should quadruple your sustain.

In Photoshop (or GIMP) just duplicate the layer, make that layer black and white, and delete from the layer the bits you want to keep in the original colour.

they did that in Schindler's List

thats all I know, but yeah photoshop should work best.

There's a better way of doing it using Layer Masks (you can bring the colour back using the black brush, and the white brush desaruates the picture) and I can't find the tutorial again.

EDIT: http://www.photoshoppoint.com/basics/using-layer-masks-black-and-white-photo-with-color/ Found it. (If anyone cares. lol)

This can be done in GIMP, along with Photoshop of course.
See if you can do it in www.splashup.com - Online photoshop.
