So its like 5am and im pulling an allnighter, anyways me and my buddy just thought of this word, perduviant, weve searched far and wide (ie. google) and there are no results for this word. So pit, its up to us to find a definition for this word! open to any suggestions. Weve already considered breakin the word down to its roots. ex. Perdu-vi-ant, perdu - french for lost, vie- french for life, ant - english for ant. so perduviant, lost living ants? my buddy also noticed that perduviant has 3 syllables, since there are 3 primary colours, as a logicalsimilarity, maybe the word has more of a colourful, flamboyant feel to it? or maybe a more graceful word? its up to you! what do u think? Perduviant, to perduviate? perduviantologist, perduviantated?

Edit: Just to clarify, we are looing for a DEFINITION for the word Perduviant

"He's being rather perduviant, wouldnt you say, Charles?"
"Quite, John, he's a right c%$t"

perduviant:
- one who lives their life, being lost.
- a loser.

Per=by means of.
Du= a contraction of 'de' or 'of' (Leonardo 'de' Vinci means Leonaro 'of' Vinci) or away from ('de'viant means 'away from' the norm)
Viant= the norm, standard or uniform (it's opposite being 'Variant' which means differing or diverse)

Place 'du' before 'viant' and you either have something similar to 'deviant' meaning 'away from the norm' or something we get from the norm. Because there is already a word for 'away from the norm' (deviant) we shall consider it's other meaning, 'something we get from the norm'.

So, Perduviant; (Per-du-vee-ant) by means of something supplied by normality.

A yawn could be described as 'perduviant'. Normality creates bordom (bordom is something we get from normality) and bordom makes us yawn (the yawn came by means of bordom).
Thus it could be used in this way "I sat down with her and watched 'Titanic' for the 100th time, all the while trying to styfle a perduviant yawn."

Purr = noise a cat makes
Duvet = type of blanket
Ian = someone's name
T = type of junction

It's obviously a noisy blanket named Ian that can go in three possible directions, and if you disagree you're wrong.

Perduviant should mean over confident when really you suck.

Like "That guy over there really sucks at singing, but he obviously thinks he's the man, he's so perduviant"

I made up a word last year it's yaxar and it means ugly, but ugly because of fatness... you can't be thin and ugly. Your fatness has to be the reason for your ugliness.
