You're going faster on your up sweep than your down sweep.

Also your tone is terrible (is that an MG in the background?)

All in all, not bad. Better than what I can do atm.

yes i can sweep upwards easier than i can downwards

and yes its a awful MG and i still have stock pick ups so.......
better shred than dead

Forget sweeping and party tricks for a while and concentrate on actually learning to play the guitar.

There's absolutely no point in even thinking about sweeping it when your core skills are so underdeveloped. Likewise you're not yet in a position to actually use the technique, you're just practicing the same patterns over and over to give yourself something to show off with.

Seriously - learn to play the thing before you worry about showing off.
