i have an epiphone les paul. Its going in open g for slide and blues mostly. I play classic rock and blues. Also a little heavier like GNR or alice in chains.

What set is better?

Check out some of the pickup companies websites. Some have sound clips on the pickups. Also check out youtube by typing in the pickup in question. And the last is listen to musicians playing that type music then google for their setps and gear to see what they are using

As far as the best that could any of them depending on who you ask. What one person likes might not be what you are looking for. Also your amp plays a big part of it so try to compare them with one similar to yours. AND last check everywhere cause even though GC is a great place their prices can be beat by a lot.
