Need help quick.Just wanted to know how i save a sound setting after i have edited it?

Hold down one of the 'preset' buttons.

You would set the set of presets (A, B, C) and then hold down the number you want to save it to. That's how you have 12 presets, A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, ... ,C4. Takes about 3-4 seconds if I remember right.
