Roses are red
Voilets are blue
The only bulge in my pocket is my wallet
No i'm not happy to see you

That list of yours is incomplete. An absolutely necessary addition is Myles Kennedy (Alter Bridge) and Matt Bellamy (Muse).

But for what you have on your list which is highly unimpressive I would go with Freddie Mercury as he was the most talented.

Hayley Williams isn't that good imo she's over-rated,
I can't be bothered reading all of your list I'm lazy and not in the mood for much

Dave McPherson is pretty good imo

EDIT: Saw Oli Sykes on the list Fuck Yeah!.....I mean boo he's crap bla bla
And Ronnie Radke......and Craig Mabbit. They're pretty good....

Is Andy McKinnon there?

Pointless thread is pointless.
So many of these singers are good, but for such different reasons that this really just becomes a case of 'which band is the best?' or even 'which genre is the best?'.

I guess if I absolutely had to pick, I'd say Thom Yorke, but plenty of other vocalists on their are no worse; they're just different.
#24
49. Kurt Cobain best vocalist ever in my opinion but Mercury and Dio and Fogherty all come close. I think Meatloaf deserves a spot on this list too? Steve Perry got amazing high range, Hetfield is brilliant so it's really hard to say any one best singer.
#25
How about jack black? He should get a spot here for his amazing range, power, tone, control and so on. Fail thread with lack of singers who should have been on the list but original poster didn't think this through very well or didn't do his research but wants to impress people by knowing the names of a lot of singers is fail.
