I've had a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe for a couple of months now, and for some reason now it seems to make a low-but-audible buzzing noise when I turn it on, even during the clean channel.

Is it the tubes? What should I do to fix this?
Is it sharing a power point/board with anything?
Do you have a TV or Radio running when you play?
If you answered no to these questions, either your capacitors are playing up, or you have dirty power at your place meaning you need a power conditioner.

Edit: Just saw you it's only a couple months old, unless you've been abusing the hell out of it, the caps should be fine, probably dirty power.
