wow i just found this new line on the Marshall website. This series is very cheap tube amps, unheard of from Marshall LOL the 100 watt MA head is like $800 Canadian. thats LESS then i paid for my JCM 900 USED!!!

but anyone have one of these heads???

would LOVE to know what people think about this new line. looks like Peavey might be in trouble.

but the question is... can it hold it`s own to it`s big brothers the JCM`s

there are clips on youtube.

it obviously will be nothing compared to a JCM, considering it's a budget tube amp.

They look great, I heard they they used a searchbar to make it better

i think they are tho new ones made in asia, amiright??

i haven't listened to them, but i honestly would get a used amp, or in case i need a NEW high gain amp for under $800, I would get a B52, bugera, or a Randall

800 isn't all that cheap. I can find several Marshall voiced amps for less than that on the used market.

You live in Canada, a Traynor would be an optimal choice.

EDIT: BTW, just because it's cheaper than the JCM900 you bought doesn't mean it was a good deal. It means you didn't get a good deal on your 900.

Yeah I would still rather get a new traynor ycv50 blue for the same price and they go for like 450 used.
