My advice: New pre-amp.

A rackmount high quality tube preamp with more than 2 tubes.

I'm not sure what kind of tone you are looking for or what kind of money you want to spend. So here's some general suggestions:

>$800

Carvin Quad-X (buy them cheap on ebay, great preamp!)
ENGL 580
Marshall JMP-1
Dissonance is Bliss

Signal Chain:
Carvin CT-4
Ibanez TS-9
Carvin Quad-X
TC Electronics G-Major
Mesa/Boogie 2:90
Ear Candy BuzzBomb

Because right now, your pre-amp is the weakest part of your rig. At least it is in m opinion.
You have a very solid power-amp.
Your cab sounds good (although I'm not sure what the build quality is like).
Your FX are good, although I'm not a huge fan of Rocktron anything. But either that doesn't have a huge effect on your overall tone.

You have a big assortment of pedals to work with but remember; the bulk of your tone comes from the amp. No pedal can change that.

i've heard the marshall JMP-1 preamp was weak.

the mesa gives me a nice rock, blue or clean tone..

anyone use a GCX ground control?
