Is this just some sort of stretching exercise? Because if it's not, there's a way to play those exact sweeps 100 times more easily if you just change the left hand a little.

How?

Normally you would use your pinky on the first note. That would make that part easier. Of course you couldn't repeat it over and over. Seems fine IMO

Condoms, for all the copious amounts of pussy with which you will be inevitably bombarded from this moment onward.

I changed the first pattern of each sweep. That's probably how I'd play them. The F major sweep you can only do in standard tuning, and the way it is to begin with is pretty easy, so you can probably disregard that one.

Makes the most sense to me

I changed it a bit to how I'd play it.

Junior's usually at least a little terse, but he knows his stuff. I've always read his posts in a grouchy grandfather voice, a grouchy grandfather with a huge stiffy for alternate picking.
Besides that, he's right this time. As usual.

Sweep picking gets its name from a technique in which you drag your pick over the strings in one smooth motion, usually while the fretting hand outlines chords and shapes. This helps you perform really fast patterns with minimal effort.

I highly recommend that you go ahead and drop your guitar's action. Don’t compromise your dexterity by having unnecessarily high action! Generally, lower action is better, especially on this web site. The exception to the rule is if you play a lot of blues, but I'm not old enough for that!

Meditate upon the thickness of your pick as well. Medium works best for me, but one that is too thin will give too much and mess up your attempts to make clean sweeps.

More than most any other shred guitar technique, you should practice sweep picking slowly and in time with a metronome. Increase your speed only as you master each phrase at a slower tempo.

Most of my sweep picking phrases outline a chord by stacking its scale degrees in an arrangement that creates a visual shape on the fretboard. Training yourself to see the shape is the first step in unlocking sweep magic.
