Hey I was looking around and couldn't find a "Show Your Rig" Thread where we can all brag about all the money we've dished out on our gear. Pictures are welcome but words work just as well ha.

I currently own:
Cort C4H Fretted 4-string Bass
Fender Rumble 60w Amp

and I have this amp set up on the way:
Acoustic B200H Bass Head
Acoustic B115 Bass Cab
Gallien-Krueger 210BLX-II Cab

That's the strangest bass rig I've ever seen.

Right now I'm rocking a MiM P-bass (flats and sometimes foam) with quarter pounder pickup into an insane list of pedals. Amp is a traynor yba200 with an old GK 2*10 cab loaded with carvin speakers.
It's all session work over the last year, and the next few gigs I have lined up are with an acoustic ensemble, so the 2*10 actually provides enough volume for me.

I alternate with a squier vintage mod jazz and a MiM Jazz Deluxe occasionally. Haven't actually recorded anything with the Deluxe yet, but then active isn't usually my style.

edit* current list of pedals that are on my "travel" board:
Modified Russian muff
DOD 440 clone tuned for bass
EA tremolo
Rocktron hypnotic Flange
Slow Gear clone
Behringer Reverb
Boss DD5

Stuff on my home board that I don't actually use enough to ever take anywhere:
Bootzilla fuzz/wah
Boss DS-1 modded for bass
Green Ringer clone
Digitech bass chorus
Behringer delay
A rocktek flanger and phaser
BBE free fuzz
Dan Electro wasabi overdrive
Zoom rfx 1100 (would use its awesome effects all the time, but poor head room and noisy :sad

I have an Ibanez SR506 that I love, an Ashdown Little Giant 1000 and two Peavey (115+410) cabs that I need to sell/swap for a 500w 2x12 cab. I have a Digitech Bad Monkey, and I'm looking at getting a synth pedal as I play in a dance-metal band.

Ibanez SR506BM

Peavey TVX 115+410

Hows the 506 holding up? Ive been thinking about getting one (505 or 506) for a while and I love the way it feels, buut I just want to know how it holds up long term or if you have any gripes that have come up after a long period of time

It's pretty lush. I kind of wish I'd got a 35", ATM I'm GASing for some .140s, but other than that it's great. The pickups have a fairly mellow sound, you need a punchy amp to achieve a "normal" bass tone, but I love that sound so I'm sorted. It's a lovely bass, I always get loads of questions whenever I take it out. The finish is especially nice.

meh I don't mind the mellow because it offsets the harshness of the upper wah range.

Aye, it's a good bass, just make sure you try it first. I probably should have gone with a BTB in retrospective, but it's a great bass.

obeythepenguin: I'm actually not quite sure, it looks like a P-90...for a bass? It works smashingly so I'm not complaining

jp58: It's for when I want to make my bass sound like a distorted guitar. I use it in conjunction with some other, borrowed pedals in my informal side project/band thing. Alternative/avant-garde music ftw!
