so yea are they the same
Pitch shifter and whammy pedal
becasue i want to cover some rage against the machine but i dont have a whammy pedal for their solos T_T (but since whammy changes the pitch i just assumed that pitch shifter was same thing becasue i have a shifter)

a whammy pedal is basically a pitch shifter with an expression pedal controling the pitch to create a dive-bomb effect

omg thank you
like you have no idea how much of a relief that is
becasue i especially bought this pedal/stompbox just so i could do rage against the machine cover
and i thought they just used alot of wah wah (which they do) but i didnt realize they use alot of whammy so this saves me alot of moeny :P
