I don't think he uses a pedal. Pretty sure this is the guy from the Police Academy movies.
He does something called sympathetic vibration. Similar to a kazoo.

He's using effects but he's still changing the pitch and stuff with his voice. Duh, people. Of course his voice doesn't really sound like a guitar.

Michael Winslow (born September 6, 1958) is an American actor and comedian known as the "Man of 10,000 Sound Effects" for his ability to make realistic sound effects using only his voice. He lives in Winter Garden, Florida, an outlying suburb of Orlando.

Michael Winslow was born in Spokane, Washington, the son of Robert Winslow. He attended the Lisa Maile School of Acting, Modeling, and Imaging. His first television appearance was on The Gong Show in which he squeezed in spot-on sound-alikes of Benji the movie dog, Jimi Hendrix, and Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song". He is best known for his role as Sgt. Larvell "Motor Mouth" Jones in the Police Academy series of movies and TV shows. In 1985, Island released a 12" of Michael Winslow titled "I Am My Own Walkman". Winslow is also a motivational speaker.

Being known for does not exclusively means he won't use it.

Anyhow, in that video he clearly used an od pedal.

At 7:40, u can see him looking down and kick a pedal with his left leg.

At 2:56 u can see quick nod down, hear the feedback from max gain (2 high pitched sounds) and he steps forward with his left pedal kicking it out, and u can hear the feedback disappear instantly.

Those sounds occur, and his mouth is closed.

Right at 4:14 - 4:18 u can see him turning od off again, cause he looks down.

Every guitar player should recognise that look as the look of someone kicking a pedal.

Not to mention at 4:11, u can see a boss digital delay pedal on the floor, which would also explain the backwards sound, having one myself knowing it has a reverse fx option.

I don't want to be an ass, but if u copy info from a source not proven to be 100% correct and use false info to dismiss his truthful accurate comment, then I feel it's my right to uphold this truth.
