where could i get a midi file (or wav or whatever) of an ocean swell type, id really like to use it in a song im writing

I think there is a wave sound in the General Midi set, the one that 95% of keyboards/software comes with.

Edit:
Just checked, and yes, any instrument that supports General Midi should have the sound of waves hitting the shore.

Freesounds.org has toonnnssss including ocean stuff (I have some), but you'll need to check the license if you plan on selling stuff.

He's asking for midi, not samples.

If you have guitar pro, or any other program with midi support, I am pretty sure there is a seashore sound in there, under special effects.
