This is a song I've been working on for probably the last year or so now. I have recordings of it, acoustic with vocals, but none recent so whenever I get around to making a new good recording I'll add it to my profile. All comments and especially criticism welcomed.
Enjoy.

Overdose

Verse 1:
I’m just your sick little addiction.
You’re here for your fix and..
I’m nowhere to be found.
You claimed these pills would take us higher.
But you lost all desire.
When your feet never left the ground.

Chorus:
Inject me into your heart.
Inject me into your soul.
As your world falls apart,
Never lose control.
For I fear for you an overdose.
The more you take the more you need.
I know from experience, I’m addicted to you too babe.
Fatal overdose my heart still bleeds.

Verse 2:
I’m just your empty ****ing shot glass.
It knocked me flat on my ass,
When I thought you never really cared.
You eye me like a fifth of Jager ice cold.
Mind games getting so old.
But at least your thoughts you shared!

Chorus:
Inject me into your heart.
Inject me into your brain.
As your world falls apart,
Never show any shame .
For I fear for you an overdose.
The more you take the more you need.
I know from experience, I’m addicted to you too babe.
Fatal overdose my heart still...

Breakdown:
Bleeds for the one that I left all alone.
In the darkest of times baby, will you be mine through it all?
Even if the sun doesn’t shine…
And the dark leaves me blind.
Your always on my mind.
I can’t lose the thought of your face.
So beautiful, this place falls apart without you here.
And I fear that I’m losing my head.
Only wish that like me you could have said…

Chorus:
Inject me into you heart.
Inject me into your life.
And if your gonna stab me in the back well,
Atleast let me hand you the knife.
For I fear for you an overdose...
For I fear for you an overdose...
Fatal overdose my heart still bleeds

Verse: F - C - G - Cadd9 - G
Pre-Chorus: Am - C (G - Cadd9 - G)
Chorus: Dm - G - (G - Cadd9 - G)
Breakdown: C - E - F - Fm

you should mention that it's not delivery, its digiorno in your song.

also the game seems to be revelant in that both give off a feeling of loss. i could be wrong..

but srsly. i good stuff. "I can’t lose the thought of your face." is the only not cool part of the song.
Quote by Twist of fate
Once, I watched Star Wars episode 4. I timed myself so that I came right when the death star blew up.

Afterwards, Han Solo said "Great shot kid, that was one in a million!"

Jeez, a year is a fair while for a single song haha. If that's what works for you, though ;D

Sounds great, good consistency. I really like your chorus. I think the breakdown isn't quite as strong as your verses but it still works well. Would love to here a recording.
