I am looking into buying a noise reduction pedal and wanted to know what the difference is between these 2. I read the description of both but have to admit I don’t really get it. So can anyone please explain in terms I can understand what is the real difference between these two?

the g-string is '2 channel' so you can run it in BOTH your effects loop to kill amp noise...and in your signal path to kill guitar, pedal, cable noise....

the regular one is '1 channel' so you can only run it in one of those places

you can put the G string through the effects loop and front of the amp. Better deal imo

Also the G-String has the tighter gating of the Pro Rack G model.

If you are picking between the two, the G-String is by far the better purchase.
