define cheap?
£50? £100? £300?
the bassist in my band has a sennheiser one which cost around £120 and it's working fine
don't get one of thosepurely plug in ones as they often fall out
get the ones that strap to your strap

Well cheap as possible as long as the sound quality is still there... I know that some wireless sets sound good but dont support multiple wireless kits going at the same time...

That wouldnt be a problem with me as its would just be the one operating...

You don't need a wireless system, especially if it's just for your house.

No.

You're wasting your money. Don't use a wireless system for your house.

Hell, I wouldn't even use one untill I would be playing big stages/venues.
#10
I do occasionally... I do like almost contract work sometimes but have yet to see anyone else with a wireless kit hence the no need for the multi wireless capability....

However lol I would also love to wonder around the house playing lol and not be tired to my guitar room.
#11
Just bring the beer into the guitar room...problem solved

Well a solution to yuor problem would be to buy one of those small fridges for your guitar room to keep your beer in. Much better than a wireless for home use.
#16
Lol so to confirm...

Do basically all wireless kits have a bad tone effect?
#17
No, the X2 systems are fine tone wise. little to no tone difference between my Mogami Gold cables and my X2 XDS95. However do you really want to spend $200+ dollars to roam around the house for chips and beer, when you can set your guitar on the couch for 5 min for free?

Hhahaa... I dunno, Im only thinking about it for now... plus it would help out when Im in the fully rock the BEEP out mood lol.

Ill have a look around and see if I can pick one up for cheap second hand..

It would be good at gigs where I could just roll my amp in with the wireless thingy on top and not have to worry about all the millions leads lying around from the other musicians.
#19
Hey if you have the money go for it i'm looking at getting a wireless system myself it's not like i'm standing in the unemployment line so I wanna enjoy my money with a few novelties
#22
Do you always say lol so much?

Haha lol yeah im sorta known for it around the internet lol..... Im not actually laughing out loud, its more an expression of my good/cheerful nature. Lol.
