hey guys last night i did loads of work on a coursework document and when i came to open it today it wasn't saved, even though i'd saved it at several points whilst working on it yesterday.

I tried all of the document recovery methods but there doesn't seem to be any record of it being worked on yesterday, so i was wandering if any of you have any experience with this, and if you could tell me how to gte my work back?

thanks

Your avatar is kinda funny.

I'd try searching for it as a different file name as in X_1 instead of X

The content of this signature is pretty much irrelevant

did you work on something from a word file you downloaded? It could possibly be in temporary internet files.
