so is the small clone a good way go make the cleans of my 6505+ better?or should i buy another pedal?

First of all, I'm sick of people saying that 5150/6505s have bad cleans. They are very usable and unless you can't EQ an amp, are fairly easy to achieve. You don't buy a high gain amp for Fender cleans.

(Though they are using some effects at parts)

Second, it's up to you, I think chorus is a nice effects for some clean passages, but not all clean passages. IMO, a good reverb adds a lot more to a clean tone than a chorus, unless you want to sound like Metallica all the time
