Just a quick question, do electric acoustic guitars have to be put through a certan type of amp or can you just use it through any guitar amp?
You can use any amp you'd like without fear, but they do make acoustic-specific amplifiers.
^ Electric amps do tend to feed back at higher volumes, while acoustic amps are specifically designed to reduce that kind of feedback. Also, generally speaking, an acoustic amp will have a much better acoustic tone.
For sure. They won't work great, but they will work. For serious playing, he'll want an acoustic amp.
I'll mostly be using it with my Boss Micro-BR and maybe DI into a computer, but it's always useful to know what amp i can use. Thanks .
