We dont flame people with MG's, we flame people who, against all advice and reason, still buy an MG

But i know nothing of the pedal...

i used to have one and you could only switch between clean/crunch to od1/od2 you couldnt go clean to crunch or od1 to od2 so i usually had my od set to a decent crunch tone and just went from clean to that

ya the old ones will only go from clean to overdrive. my suggestion would be to set it on the clean channel and use a distortion pedal of some kind to get the crunch you like
