If I got terminated from my last job because I had 1 no call no show is that considered an unauthorized absenteeism? If not what is that?

Yeah, that could be considered unauthorized absenteeism. Just make sure you call and explain the situation. Not that hard really

Gotta tell your place of employment that you're not going to be able to make it to work. They need to consider your proposal for being absent that day of work so they can work out the schedule for everyone else working there.
