Hey I am looking for some new pickups for my new schecter s1 elite. It is a mahogany bodied guitar. My budget is about 80-90$ a pickup, so no EMG's, Bareknuckles, anything like that. I want some nice passive SD's or Dimarzios. I play music like Rammstein, Trivium, Behemoth, Mastodon, Green Day, Blink-182, the Killers and Slipknot. I am not looking for anything super hot, because I want some decent cleans in the bridge. My other gear is in my sig. Thanks!!!!!

Calm down man, it's only been 40 min

maybe a Duncan 59 for the bridge and a Dimarzio D Activator for the neck. It's a nice mix.
But slipknot, blink and rammstein are completely different sounds but with ur amp and those pickups u can get pretty close altough I dont like the 6505 cleans (maybe it's just me)

I can see that. I usually use my vypyr for cleans.I'm thinking about putting my old Gibson pickup in the neck. And its not super important for me to be exactly like those bands. I just like a lot of clarity, not so much gain.

well, those pickups will serve You just fine. I've played both (in different guitars) and the sound is amazing. And when cranked....it's so beautiful I almost cry

A DiMarzio D Activator set would serve the purpose fairly well.

Otherwise a Seymour Duncan Custom Custom in your bridge and a Seymour Duncan Custom 5 in your neck.

However, through a modeling amp, changing your pups will not make a drastic difference to your tone. Focus on upgrading your amp first.

it's so cool to hate Gibson, even the federal Department of Justice hates them.
