In what I have always felt to be true but never honestly believed,
Hibernating inside the voice cone of a loudspeaker, lies, atonement for me.
I articulate the accusation, not for the first time, no.
Aspiring to dictate as a demagogue wandering blindly through the snow.
To stay in the loop, or
To create my own truth.
Or to bring this to an end...
I simply cannot factor all of this logic but still I pretend,
To know the feeling.
To know the words and keep a lover near me.
To drive rally cars, to wonder at stars...
To divine truths in a gutted building

Existence has been a longing, bracing for impact.
I'm fortune's fool and I call the tune
Supposing what I know to be true, in fact
Isn't a mirage upon the dune

Sight
and blinking lights
Blitzkrieg noise and tears of joy

Knowing
the calm sensation
My fingers on the page,
Look as spiders of an age
Eat the words which Dante hath made

Sketchworks
Elaborate grindings of metal on paper
Of my sanity slowly creeping out of her cradle, I cannot make her

Stay.

IMO you're going a bit over the top there with the similes/methaphores.
For me, it's a bit too much imagery to process. But that's just my two cents.
