Everyone is always praising the best, and the top-of-the-pack, especially when it comes to an event like the end of a decade.
Looks like it's taken 10 years for Y2K to slowly kill us, eh?
Anyways...
With a large period of time, this example being ten years, don't you find that a lot of people/bands are overlooked? Not just musically, but in the movie business, authors, athletes, models, politicians (maybe?), and even just oddballs that somehow received their 15 minutes of fame?

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP TEN MOST UNDERRATED PEOPLE OF THE 00's? (I refuse to say noughties)

My list (no order):

1. Guy Pearce-Actor
2. James McAvoy-Actor
3. Nick Cave and Warren Ellis-Soundtrack Composers
4. scarling.-Band
5. Emile Hirsch-Actor
6. Black Light Burns-Band
7. Cannibal Ox-Hip Hop Group
8. Delonte West-Basketball Player
9. Stephan Pastis-Comic Cartoonist
10. Daniel Tammet-Recited 22,514 digits of Pi, and learned Icelandic fluently in a week

AND GO!

Theres no way any actor on this earth is underrated.
I think its the screenwriters that deserve the credit.

The recent issue of Rolling Stone covered this. They seemed to be fighting amongst each other over who could suck Thom Yorke's dick first.

The Mars Volta are in terms of music. Everyone was influenced by them, from the Smashing Pumpkins to Steve Vai.

I love you =] I can't say I was very fond of you when we first started talking because you trolled the hell out of my threads, but after talking to you here I've grown very attached to you.

Yeah, write to my fanclub about it, honey.

None of the people TS listed have made any contribution to the betterment of humanity or the planet. What a shitty list.

This I can agree with. Can O brought proper hip hop to the forefront and showed up all the shit rap. Too bad too few people have heard of them.

1) I mentioned actors and whatnot in the thread instructions, hence people who are part of the entertainment industry are allowed.
2) You create your own list instead of being a whiny brat. What a shitty post.
