Hi guys, first off, I dont know where else to put this thread but this is probably the closest catagory for it. I've had an Ibanez S7230 for a few months now, when it came the action was ridiculous so I adjusted it recently now Ive found that I dont get enough sustain out of it so I tried to make the action a bit higher when i did that with my hex wrench it seems to have ruined the part where you adjust it (where you put the hex wrench in) and I've turned the screw the wrong way now its probably at the lowest point it can get which has made the low B E and A strings almost unplayable after the 12th fret.

Does anyone know how i can fix this without destroying the whole guitar?

Thanks a lot and Merry Christmas for tomorrow.
