I have a dead spot on my 13th fret small e string. I took it in to the luthier at my favorite music store. He told me that my top had bowed and I need to get a humidifier to get the bow out. I live in a very dry area (Tucson, AZ) and will definately be getting a humidifier for this acoustic. My question is, can I leave my electric in the same room with my acoustic? Should the electric be humidified as well, or kept as dry as possible? I know it is mostly wood, but can the electronics get moist? Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
