Well the LP-100 has a bolt on neck compared to the rest which are set neck. The LP custom is just an LP standard with better cosmetics (looks prettier) and the black beauty adds an extra humbucker. I wouldn't recommend the LP-100. Get the Standard or Custom if you can afford it.

There is also LP Standard Plus http://www.long-mcquade.com/products/6953/
and Standard Plaintop http://www.long-mcquade.com/products/1239/ which are same as the Standard with prettier top and finishes.
My Gear:
Epiphone LP Black Beauty (2007)| Washburn WM24K (2008)| Ibanez Iceman IC300 (2003)| Ibanez GRX40 (2004) w Gold Lace Sensors| Roland Microcube| Marshall G10MK.II Amp| Zoom G2.1u| BOSS Metal Zone

Yes, I am a simple guy.

The lp-100 will be the lowest quality. The standard plain top would be my recommendation, because it's basically the same as the custom. The custom just has some added cosmetics (different inlays, extra binding, gold hardware). The black beauty is similar to the custom, but with the extra pickup in the middle.
my gear:
gibson les paul classic
epiphoen les paul standard
fender standard fat strat
peavey valveking 112
boss me-50
crybaby original wah

You will regret buying the LP-100. Buy at least the standard.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
