How's it going guys.

I just acquired a new Ovation Celebrity CC28. Great guitar so far, but I'm having problems with it plugged in to my PA.

My main problem is that my E and A strings sound way too loud in comparison to the rest of the strings. Unplugged its fine, put when I plug in they are way too accentuated. I fiddled with the EQ for a long while but no luck.

Any ideas on what the problem could be? Or is it just like that naturally?

Also, its worth mentioning that I raised the action with 2 credit card slices as shims (unglued). Do you think this could have an effect on the piezo's ability to correctly pick up each strings vibrations evenly?
