alright so i finally got my first tube amp a Marshall Haze 40W Combo. umm talk about a stepup from a spider III 15w. sounds awesome with my american strat and my tubescreamer. but i've got a few questions

1. alright i know the ts9 goes in between the amp and guitar, but should i put my crybaby in the effects loop?

2. im trying to get a john mayer-esque tone. any eq help?

1. Only if you really use it. It wont make much of a difference in your tone if its just gonna sit there anyway. But if you do I recommend putting it in front of your TS9.

Guitar>Cry baby>TS9>amp

I for one thought the Haze sounded horrible, but if you like it then that's great. As for the tone, check out the ultimate settings thread. They should have one there.
