In the 1st, 2nd, and 2rd frets, the frets appear to be dead frets. Are there any ways to fix this dead fret problem?

I have a warranty service, and I'm wondering if I should use it for this problem, or are there any other remedies for this dead fret problem?

as far as I know the only fix (might) be to raise the action, if that doesn't help you'll probably have to have your frets leveled and dressed or something like that.

Most likely the problem is the neck is backbowed. Loosening the truss rod usually fixes the problem, but you'll want to check the relief first.
