Hey i have a peavey 6505 and was wandering if it will actually sound any better with a ts? (probably a 808). Or am i just better off with the amp. Alot of people say why put a od pedal with the 6505? as it has enough gain and its just ruining the amp, but is a ts the exception?
I play mostly metal, going for an august burns red, parkway drive kinda sound?
You get the picture.
Cheers.

didn't care for the ts as a boost with my 5150, i liked my old sd-1 better.
i used to be a mod, then i took an arrow in the knee.

The Maxon 808 is sick with the 6505. Makes everything nice and tight
