Hey people.

Lately my microphone stand started to fall apart.
I'm looking for a new one...
I want a straight one with a round bottom.
Can you guys recommend anything?
How much would you spend for a mic. stand?
I play live shows so keep that in mind

For just using it in the rehearsal room for microphoning your amp, I'd just use a cheap Millenium stand (Thomann.de), for live situations I'd rather use a K&M because they are much more solid.

Then just the same^^. Usually you keep your singing mic the same position in the rehearsal room... so I'd go for Millenium... for live and very solid stands -> K&M

Thanks!

Not fair... -.-'
those cheap mic stands are only for 153cm in height...I need at least 165cm. I'm 188cm tall.

It's just not that solid, sometimes you can't fix the screws that good, so it's a bit shaky.

I own some of the Millenium stands and they are not bad, you just can't compare them to the K&M in matters of stability

I take it you don't play guitar when you sing?
If video games make you violent, does monopoly make you a millionaire?
