I got the Metalzone for christmas, and it's pretty awesome. Anyone have any good tone settings they can share with me?
#3
i got a really good tone by putting it in a car crusher...

but seriously, when i used one for guitar, i found that by avoiding to much treble and moving the mid control up or down only a tiny bit i could find a decent tone

Metal Zone is an awesome pedal if your amps OD isn't enough for you. Set your amp to the clean channel and you'll get some brutal tones out of it. Unfortunately I don't know specific settings since I don't have one.

Returning it would give you a pretty good tone.

I'm sure you get great tone with your Squiers and Behringer BX300.

I do actually. The Vox you failed to mention gives a nice big fat sound. The pickups in the strat have been upgraded, another thing you failed to mention. The Jag's currently in pieces waiting for a refinish and new pickups.
The Behringer I've had for around 4 years and has never failed me and sounds perfectly fine, it's not the greatest tone in the world but it still sounds great with my Spector Euro. For $170 AUD I think it's a great practice amp, the amp I gig with doesn't belong to me.

miguel...

well done.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.

inb4 best setting on a Metalzone is "Off".

honestly... get it modded by keeley or get a monte-allums mod in it.
