I've got a Fender Showmaster HH blackout edition or whatever, and right now it's got two Seymour Duncans in it, a Pearly Gates in the bridge and I'm not sure what's in the neck but I am really not enjoying the sound at all, it's muddy and there is no clarity to it, it's just not fun to play with. I play a bit of everything from Streetlight Manifesto to Sublime to RHCP to In Flames and Killswitch, so I'd like a fairly versatile pickup, but a good clean tone is most important to me.

I was looking at the Seymour Duncan SH-1 '59 Model 4-Conductor but does anyone have any ideas?

Price is not a problem.
