I'm thinking of upgrading my old aria pro II strat...is there any humbucker in single coil format that would be suitable for metal?
don't say SD Hot Rail...it's too expensive for what I'm looking for

to explenive? to get a good pickup ur gona probly have to pay around 80-100$...
unless u go to off brands like gfs but they anrt ass good as a dimarzio or seymour duncan

70-80 bucks is pretty much the norm for any decent pickup.

As stated before, you wont find a decent pickup for that price, at least new.

u can get duncan rails on ebay for about $40ish. completely worth it. its in my top 2 or 3 pickups ever.

or try looking up GFS pickups and see if they have any rail type pickups, then research some reviews on it.

They are pretty cheap and heard that they were pretty good for the price.... you should check them out

go with the GFS lil killers. Cheap and pretty decent. But ull need a lot of adjustments on height before u get the sound just right
