Ive been playin for about 10 years now and its time for an upgrade from my Fender HRD. I play jazz/rock/jamband/funk (use a heritage es 336) and need an amp with excellent cleans and a great overdrive. (Artist I like are Trey Anastasio, Jerry Garcia, Larry Carlton, Clapton, SRV, Methany/Scofield etc.) My budget is from $ 1,800-2,500. Please help! Thanks guys.

You can get a whole lot of amp for that money...

Budda Superdrive series
Mesa/Boogie Lonestar
Mesa/Boogie Electradyne
Mesa Mark I
Mesa Mark V
Used Marshall Silver Jubilee
Marshall Bluesbreaker
Splawn Quickrod
Metroamp Plexi
Used Soldano SLO (would be hitting the very top end of your budget, however...)
Randall RM series with your favorite modules

Honestly, I could go on and on and on into forever with suggestions.

I assume that's american? Are you willing to go used?
In fenders I'd check out a Silverface (Super) Twin (Reverb) (the paint peelingest clean ever) with a nice overdrive, check a Keeley TS-9, it'll cover all your rock bases.
In Mesa, for what your talking... check a Lonestar... Fantastic cleans and a reasonable overdrive. It's a great amp.
In Marshalls, In my opinion their best production amp at the moment is the JCM2000 DSL100. Depends how clean you like your jazz, but you can get some very passable cleans with a bit of tweaking.
