I am not to be silenced.

you sworn to wait,
letters, you to me,
and back to you.

i am not indispensable,
yet sold away,
drunken out of
like cheap coffee
crumpled, and tossed
away, to the trash.

then one day, i found
a knife in my spine,
placed, dealt, from your
false act,
false innocence, aided by
your feminine venom.

i won't be bought by your charms
no more.
yet, i mistook your face
as the beacon of my longing
twinkling eyes, beyond your flaws
and i was dropped,
like the other, thousand pennies
into,
the well,
of wishing waters.

as i made,
my vast plummet,
you were there.
snickering.
like those mischievous
schemes, brought out
by tainted
faith.

I am not to be silenced.
